Always empower.
I am an action researcher, advisor, author, and advocate based in New York City. Over the course of my career, I have worked primarily in start-up environments—some of which evolved into highly successful ventures, while others served as valuable experiments in people and product development that provided enduring professional and personal insights.
A single guiding value underpins all of my work: always empower.
In addition to leading Talentedly, I advise a range of clients committed to public policy and social impact—leaders who are working to strengthen local, state, and national communities and create lasting change. As a lifelong learner, I recently completed a Master of Liberal Arts with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard University.
I believe in the power of interdisciplinary thinking, the inherent worth of every individual, and our capacity to grow beyond any single moment or achievement. I’m particularly inspired by the principle of Shoshin—the cultivation of a beginner’s mindset—as an essential quality for leadership, learning, and life.
