I’m an entrepreneur based in New York City. I have spent the majority of my career in start-ups, some that went on to be incredibly successful, others that were experiments in people and products that taught me lifelong professional and personal lessons.
The single core value that drives my life’s work: always empower. The products I build encourage clients, whether people or organizations, to be curious, become more engaged, and experience professional fulfillment through a combination of technology and behavioral science frameworks.
Besides Talentedly, I write a weekly newsletter, Hello Workwell, that I started for friends and colleagues and now reaches 20,000+ people. I have the professional privilege of personally advising some of the most inspiring people in government and social change-makers who are dedicating their careers to improving the world for humankind. I’m a Council Member at NationSwell, where I co-chair the Future of Work Group, a Forbes Business Council Member, and an Advisor at Astia. As a lifelong learner, I am currently working on my Masters in Liberal Arts, with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard University.
I believe that everyone should be encouraged to be a dabbler, polymath, and explorer. I believe that everyone has value. I believe that we are more than the worst or best thing that we’ve ever done. I believe the most important characteristic that we can develop in ourselves, and the next generation is Shoshin or a beginner’s mindset.
